I have worked in high pressure FTSE100 corporations for most of my career, reaching senior management and delivering high profile projects and programmes. I have been coaching both within the business environment and in private practice since 2005 alongside my corporate career and motherhood. I started The Balance House in 2006 as part of a life choice to work for myself. As well as a busy career, I am a working mum, so understand all too well the need to balance life between different roles and priorities. I love coaching and find it a real privilege to ‘hold the space’ for people to give them room and time so that they come up with solutions and allow them to be the best version of themselves.
